Meeting Rooms Change Location

Welcome to Richmond Public Library's Meeting Room booking system! 

We offer five spaces at the Brighouse Branch:  

  • Study Room 1 - 4 person max. capacity 

  • Study Room 2 - 4 person max. capacity 

  • Study Room 3 - 6 person max. Capacity 

  • Meeting Pod 1 - 4 person max. Capacity 

  • Meeting Pod 2 - 4 person max. Capacity 

  

To book a meeting room, please choose Search by Time or Search by Space to find an available room. 

To check in,  

  1. Scan the QR code next to the meeting room (if QR code is available), or click this link to check in. 

  1. Enter the code you received in the confirmation email or reminder email (e.g. J4U). 

  

Where to go:  

Study rooms are located on the 2nd floor in our Silent Study space (turn right from the top of the stairs and Silent Study Space is a few steps down this hall and on your right-hand side). 

Meeting pods are located on the 2nd floor next to our Ask Me desk.

Please note: 

  • The duration for 1 booking is 1 hour. 

  • The booking limit is 2 hours per day, per person/group.  

  • The study rooms are dedicated for quiet study and the walls are not insulated for sound. Please keep conversations to a low volume. 

  • The meeting pods are insulated for sound and are appropriate for both in person and online meetings.  

  • You must check in within 10 minutes before or after the booked start time otherwise your booking will be cancelled. Customers who have booked a total of 2 hours will only lose the first hour, provided they check in for the second booking.
